ICQ's chat program
ICQ’s chat client comes in multi-coloured glory. You can control most aspects
of a chat’s appearance via the menus. This chat is in Split Screen mode
(chosen via the Layout Menu) with one user on top, the other on the bottom. You
can also use IRC mode with a list of chatters down the side and a single large
chat window where all conversations appear. You can add new people to the chat
by dragging their name from your Contact List into the chat window.
