A customised data entry form

Here's a revamped data entry form in Approach. Note the 'Worksheet 1' tab near the top. You can enter data either via a form or by clicking the Worksheet 1 tab and using a spreadsheet-style data entry grid. This also gives you a good list view of the contents of your database once you've added a number of members.
