A default data entry form

The default data entry forms created by each database program are usable, but less than polished. You can tidy them up and make them look professional by using the design mode (in Approach, click the Design button; in FileMaker, choose Layout Mode from the View Menu; in Access, create a Members form using NewObject: AutoForm and then click the View button).
