If you have a technical question and need an urgent response, my one-woman outfit is probably not the best place to try. Why not try Experts-Exchange? It requires a membership fee, but the response times are excellent and the quality of the answers is generally pretty good. Another place to try is Australian PC User's Help Station; you probably won't get a quick turnaround from Help Station, but questions are answered by some of the best technology journalists in the business, so the answers are both readable and reliable.
